The Fernie and District Historical Society's
collection of over 9000 artifacts is almost entirely in storage
until such time as a museum space is found. The collection
consists mostly of artifacts relating to the social, coal mining and
recreational history of Fernie and the surrounding area and the
Historical Society is continuing to actively collect artifacts
relevant to our mandate. |
